21cm Maireener Bracelet

Each shell in this 21cm bracelet is hand-collected from the beaches along the coastline of the Peerapper peoples — a place I feel deeply honoured to walk, live and create upon. I pay my respects to the Traditional Custodians of this land and sea Country, and I am grateful for the privilege of gathering these treasures from the shore.

Collecting enough shells for a single piece can take many hours over many weeks and months. Once the tiny creature has left its shell, nature begins its slow reclaiming, so every shell is thoughtfully selected for strength, colour and size. Those that do not meet the standard are respectfully returned to the beach. No creatures are harmed in this process.

This bracelet is made entirely by hand and crafted with quality sterling silver findings. It is truly a labour of love — a piece that carries the spirit of sea and land, thoughtfully gathered and carefully created.
